:bulletblue:Personality: Harriet is loud, playful, friendly and always in a good mood. However she's very childish, immature and naive as well. There are a lot of concepts and things she still doesn't understand despite being 15 and in highschool. She gets excited very easy and over simple things, and can be a very huggy and clingy Pokemon, and can get possessive and even 'over-protective' of friends. It's not so much that she 'can't share', but she doesn't want to lose the friends she's made to another person. She can be even more childish and quite nasty when she's upset, thankfully that doesn't happen too often.

:bulletblue:History:
Harriet was born to a Charmeleon father and a Nidoran ♀ mother, and had always lived in Fuschia City, where her parents had grown up and lived as well. It was the couple's dream to have a child of their own, so Harriet's mother had held off on her evolution so that she could have at least one. A year or two after having Harriet, the couple evolved together into Charizard and (eventually) Nidoqueen, and thus could have no more children. Not that they needed more! -they were more than happy with their little baby girl.

At a very young age, it became obvious that Harriet was a little bit of an oddity though. She learned to walk faster than other children, even before her cousins who were at least a year or so older than her, she would play odd games with her parents too, such as taking their keys and unintentionally locking them out of the house, -and she would also rarely get scared and/or cry. She was quite the bold little Nidoran, she would consistantly talk to anyone that caught her interest even if they were Pokemon 3 times her size. She would start talking to others about whatever stories she played out in a game, or would talk about some of her goals in life.(Which were definitely things such as flying, swimming or taking up some ridiculously outlandish career.) This was something she kept with her until highschool even. One could say she was intrigued by other Pokemon species. Almost too much. She would come home with her mother out from a day of shopping, pretending she could drill holes like a Rhydon, run as fast as a Rapidash, swim as well as a Seaking or even shoot lightning like Raichu. She was especially interested in her father, and other flying type Pokemon. Being able to fly seemed like the coolest thing to her, so it was a very common pretend game for her. Harriet was so playful and jolly, her parents couldn't help but encourage her games and her creativity.. -as long as she didn't get herself hurt.

Things got a little interesting when Harriet started school, her new found 'freedom' was definitely a step-up from her home-life and she accepted it with open arms. So many kids! So many friends to meet! So many games to play! Harriet was beyond excited to go to school and would walk to school with her mother eagerly before running off to play with the other young Pokemon. Throughout her early school years, Harriet got along with most of all the students she met. She'd go to many birthday parties, sleepovers, even just casual house visits with friends. Though, as her closest friends grew older they slowly matured into Pokemon that.. didn't want to play pretend. They didn't want to spend their recess playing tag or hide-and-seek or playing with toys. This didn't bother Harriet too much at first, she could still play with the younger kids, and maybe hangout differently with her friends that were her age. Overtime, she only grew slowly more distant with her friends in her age group. There eventually came a time where they couldn't put up with Harriet at all anymore. She was too energetic, impetuous and allover the place. Too... immature and 'kiddish'. That's what they would tell her. They eventually broke off from talking to her altogether. She became one of those students that you could easily talk to in class, but you wouldn't ever want to get any closer to them than that. Oddly, this didn't bother her..! -Or rather, if it did, she certainly didn't voice it and went back to playing by herself. Commonly she would play her pretend games.. imagining herself as someone other than herself. All along, her parents were concerned for their daughter, but couldn't understand what was so wrong with her being so playful and imaginative. However, they would soon learn..

Eventually, the day came where Harriet finally evolved into Nidorina, just months before she would be starting high school. She was ironically late in her evolution compared to other Pokemon her age and was in fact, the last Pokemon in her class to evolve at least once. She was so excited and pleased with her evolution, and assumed she would be able to do many things she otherwise couldn't do as a Nidoran, -which was true, to some extent. As a way to encourage her to keep being herself, and as a graduation gift(for graduating middle school), Harriet's parents gave her the TM for the move; Thunder. As strong and dangerous as the attack would be if used on the wrong opponent, they thought that this was the best way to reward their enthusiastic daughter. When the time to start highschool came, her parents decided it would be best to advise Harriet to act.. a little more 'mature' at school, and slightly discouraged her bringing toys or kiddy games to school, which she quickly adjusted to. However her energy ended up being channeled elsewhere; she would talk about whatever to whomever would pass by her, she'd go to classes she didn't have, would occasionally get lost and would even mess around with equipment in classes like phys. ed and science. Not that she was doing this intentionally to tick anyone off, she was just trying to find something to do! -Though it caused concern with teachers, because they didn't exactly understand her and some even assumed she would skip their class on purpose.

Finally we get to the most recent events. One day, Harriet had again forgotten to go to class. Since her lunchbreak, she'd been playing a game by herself outside, an adventure game! She was a brave Pikachu, fighting her way through a forest chocked full of evil enemy Pokemon. Quite the epic adventure! So epic she never even noticed the bell ring to signal the start of class. She got so very wrapped up in her game, attacking with her Fury Swipes and Poison Sting attacks.. cutting up trees and damaging signs. Finally she came to the big bad Salamence at the climax of her daring adventure. Such a strong opponent would need a strong attack to knock it out completely! -and so, like the Pikachu hero she had imagined herself to be on this particular day, she let out her massive Thunder attack on the giant.. blue... 3-story...window-covered.. 3,000-student-school.

Yes, She blew a huge crater in the wall of her school with her special Thunder attack. The teachers and principal were obviously not pleased. The entire school population got at least a week or two off from school while the building was repaired. At the news of all this, Harriet's parents sighed in defeat and even felt guilty for giving their daughter such a dangerous gift. Shortly after the incident, they were called in along with Harriet to meet with the principal and discuss what to do with the energetic Nidorina. The principal bluntly admitted that Harriet was .. too energetic, couldn't focus, didn't listen well to authority and was hard for many teachers to handle and keep up with. While both her father and mother agreed, they admitted they didn't know what the best action would be to take next. Where would there be a school that would keep up with Harriet and her enthusiasm? The principal of Harriet's school admitted there was one highly-recommended place they could try sending their daughter to; The Armonia Institute, an academy for young Pokemon on Faraway Island. It was hard for the couple to know that their only daughter would have to attend school so far away, and alone, without them. They were concerned for her, how would she care for herself? What if she got hurt? What if nobody liked her? What if she got lonely? Upon thinking of these questions, the two began to realize just how much Harriet needed to learn and experience these kind of things on her own. So with the positive thoughts that Harriet would settle down.. and be able to get her education in a way that may be more suited to her, they decided to indeed send her off to Faraway Island.

-Though they send letters to her almost daily.

:new: After a small trip into Mew's Forest to gather berries with Felix, Alexis, Ty and Zai, Harriet went into Mew's magical trolling pool. Although she was warned several times of what type of effects it could potentially have on her, her curiosity could not be calmed and she jumped into the water anyway. Although she didn't end up a Pokemon that could fly, she ended up becoming an Umbreon, with "totally cooler" natural abilities than her previous species, Nidorina.
She recently sent her parents a letter about it. -and as expected, they freaked out. At least she can't use that destructive Thunder attack anymore. Though, she got an equally destructive attack in return!

:bulletblue:Other Things~:
-She has a dream of flying. It's one of the goals that she actually consistently works towards.
-She does watch anime. She is a bit of a weeaboo....
-She can be rather oblivious to others' opinions of her. You basically have to drop heavy hints or just flat out tell her.
-She is actually quite smart! She just has trouble going to class and even doing her work.
-I guess we could just say she has some level of ADHD.
-She actually does have at least one fear she'll admit to. -And that is if others' are mad at her.
-She can play a few instruments decently. She doesn't excel at one specific one.
-She is pansexual, not that she'd admit it, only because she has more priorities in the world than love.
-She has a tendency to talk about what ever's on her mind, even when a completely different conversation was happening before.
-She's very open to try new things!
-She's rarely negative about anything.
-She sometimes used to go with her dad to work, at the Safari Zone and thus knows a bit about feral Pokemon.
-Her freckles can glow just like her rings.
-When she blushes, instead of going totally red, her freckles and rings glow brightly.
-However she can also make them glow on their own in variety of ways.
-Since she's now a dark-type Pokemon, she is a little more nocturnal, so stays up later than most of the other students.
-She can light up just her forehead ring and use it as a 'flashlight'.
-She likes 'derpy' Pokemon like Ditto, Wailmer, Bidoof and Goomy.
